Automatische Erfassung einrichten

Die ausführliche Anleitung mit Bildern findest du in der App unter Mehr › Anleitung. Kurz:

Kurzbefehle-App öffnen, „Automation“ antippen und unten auf „+“ tippen.
Den Auslöser „Wallet – Wenn ich eine Wallet-Karte verwende“ wählen und oben einstellen: „Jede Karte“, „Jede Kategorie“, „Jeder Händler“, „Benachrichtigen“ aus.
Die Aktion „Ausgabe erfassen“ von Kassensturz hinzufügen, Betrag, Händler und Karte aus der „Transaktion“ wählen und bei Standort „Aktueller Ort“.
Mit Apple Pay am iPhone bezahlen – nach einigen Sekunden kommt die Mitteilung.

Häufige Fragen

Nach dem Bezahlen kommt keine Mitteilung.

Die Automation startet nur bei Apple Pay am iPhone, nicht mit der Plastikkarte. Prüfe in der Kurzbefehle-App unter „Automation“, ob sie eingerichtet ist und im Auslöser „Jede Kategorie“ steht – bei einer Auswahl fehlen manche Zahlungen. Prüfe außerdem in den iOS-Einstellungen unter Mitteilungen › Kassensturz, ob Mitteilungen erlaubt sind. Mit Mehr › Mitteilung testen schickt dir die App eine Testmitteilung.

Wie trage ich Barzahlungen oder Online-Käufe ein?

Mit dem +-Knopf in der App, per Siri, mit der Aktionstaste oder über das Kontrollzentrum.

Wie sichere ich meine Daten?

Deine Daten sind in deinen iPhone-Backups enthalten. Zusätzlich kannst du alle Buchungen unter Mehr › Daten als CSV-Datei exportieren.

Setting up automatic tracking

You’ll find the full guide with pictures in the app under More › Guide. In short:

Open the Shortcuts app, tap “Automation” and then “+” at the bottom.
Choose the trigger “Wallet – When I use a Wallet card” and set at the top: “Any Card”, “Any Category”, “Any Merchant”, “Notify” off.
Add the Kassensturz action “Add Expense”, choose amount, merchant and card from the “Transaction”, and “Current Location” for location.
Pay with Apple Pay on your iPhone – the notification arrives after a few seconds.

Frequently asked questions

No notification arrives after paying.

The automation only runs for Apple Pay on your iPhone, not with a physical card. In the Shortcuts app, check under “Automation” that it’s set up and the trigger says “Any Category” – with a selection, some payments are missed. Also check in iOS Settings under Notifications › Kassensturz that notifications are allowed. More › Test Notification sends you a test notification.

How do I add cash or online purchases?

With the + button in the app, via Siri, the Action button or Control Centre.

How do I back up my data?

Your data is included in your iPhone backups. You can also export all transactions as a CSV file under More › Data.
